We're currently seeking qualified Skilled or General labourers who are safety-focused, motivated, and ready to contribute to meaningful, community-based work.

What's on Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rates: $30/hr – $60/hr plus 12% Super
  • Full-time, Casual, and Subcontractor roles available
  • Company vehicle, phone & uniform provided (for employees)
  • Monday to Friday – weekends work also available (Choose your days to work)

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

  • Domestic and large water meter replacements
  • General labouring, including digging around meter boxes
  • Installing digital data loggers
  • Meter reading and site restoration
  • Warehouse tasks and safety spotting
  • Customer interaction and onsite coordination

What We're Looking For:

We're after reliable, safety-conscious individuals who bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to the team. for Experienced General or Skilled Labourer, you'll need:

  • A valid driver's licence
  • A good level of physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
  • A high regard for safety, quality, and working outdoors in all weather
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable entering properties where animals (e.g. dogs) may be present
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
