Trade Waiter

Cocomil Pty Ltd T/as Oliveto Ristorante & Bar is an Italian waterfront fine dining restaurant located in Brays Bay Reserve, Rhodes. We are committed to offering exceptional Italian hospitality and ambience with a modern flair to compliment our Italian cuisine.

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic section waiter to join our team.

Job tasks and responsibilities include:

• Setting and arranging tables;
• Taking reservations, greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverage lists.
• Recommending dishes and wines to complement food.
• Taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serving food and beverages.
• Opening bottles and pouring beverages including mixing liquor and assisting in the cellar.
• Clearing tables and retuning dishes and cutlery to the kitchen.
• Removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses.
• Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers.

Skills required:

Qualification: Certificate III in Hospitality

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
