The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Field-Based Diesel Mechanic to join our team based in Armidale, NSW. This hands-on role involves working on a wide range of agricultural machinery, including Fendt and Massey Ferguson products, directly at customer sites. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and making a real difference in the Ag industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair diesel engines and agricultural machinery in the field
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
• Maintain accurate records of service and repairs
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant trade qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology or similar)
• Proven experience working with diesel engines and agricultural machinery
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A current driver's licence (LR preferred)
