F&B Service Expert Position Summary:

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Take and process food and beverage orders efficiently, offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Deliver prompt and accurate service while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and restocking, and rotate stock to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and quality by polishing cutlery and service items.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to support smooth daily operations.
• Provide lounge service, including preparing and serving beverages, light snacks, and The Ritz-Carlton High Tea offerings.
• Ensure the lounge area remains welcoming, clean, and well-stocked, and assist with event or meeting setup and breakdown.
• Manage reservations and bookings across seven rooms, and create and deliver cocktail and wine service.
• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions, follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, promptly report maintenance or safety issues, and maintain availability for late-night shifts (up to midnight).

Bartender Position Summary:

• Deliver an elevated bar experience by crafting cocktails, mixed drinks, and personalised beverages that exceed guest expectations
• Provide seamless service during bar operations, including food and beverage service
• Ensure the bar is impeccably presented and well-stocked throughout service, upholding the highest cleanliness and organisational standards
• Contribute to unforgettable guest experiences by anticipating needs and adding thoughtful, memorable touches to each interaction
• Assist in daily bar operations and support your team to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
• Foster genuine connections with both new and returning guests, delivering our legendary service and encouraging loyalty through meaningful engagement

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA is mandatory
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Working rights in Australia
