Job Description: As a Welder at Newgensteel, you'll be an essential part of our team, contributing to both factory production and on-site welding projects. We are seeking dedicated individuals with expertise in both Arc and MIG welding techniques. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Performing high-quality welds using Arc or MIG welding processes.

Reading and interpreting welding blueprints and project specifications ( Well be taught if necessary)

Inspecting and maintaining welding equipment for optimal performance.

Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines.

Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

Willingness to occasionally work overtime as project demands require.

Driving (Manual) to required job sites for on-site welding.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience in both Arc and MIG welding techniques.

Passion for welding and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving.

Pay: $30.00 – $42.00 per hour

• Campbellfield VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
