My name's April, and I'm the Founder and Performance Manager at April Ford, a digital advertising agency based on the Sunshine Coast.

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator / Assistant to be the right hand to our senior advertising manager team. I consider them to be high performers who move fast and they need someone who can help execute the daily actions that keep our campaigns and clients moving forward.

This is not a beginner position. We're looking for someone with a few years of marketing experience in either agency or brand side who has worked in digital marketing who's ready to operate at a high level.

Our advertising managers handle digital accounts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and programmatic. Their job is to launch, manage, and optimise campaigns that drive strong commercial outcomes for our clients.

This role blends creative and numbers. You'll help roll out advertising assets, conduct research for campaign ideas, upload data, proof creative, analyse results, checking conversions and managing general administration.

I'm not looking for someone who necessarily comes from an agency background, but you do need to have a genuine interest in business and digital marketing, high attention to detail, a sense of urgency.

We're big advocates of Canva and using AI tools to do our jobs smarter, so confidence with both is essential.
