Road Stabilisation Foreperson

We are a well-known stabilisation contractor within the civil and infrastructure space. Our company has built up a strong brand and history of projects working in WA. We have a solid portfolio of clients within the civil and mining sectors with a strong team culture and pipeline to projects for the coming years.

We are currently looking to expand our team with positive, driven and experienced Stabilisation Foreertson who is passionate about leading teams and driving productivity with a strong regard for quality and safety. This role will work on FIFO and or DIDO basis where you will receive a competitive base salary

In these roles you will work directly with the Operations Manager assisting them in the day to day requirements of the project on-site as well as office duties including documentation and reporting.

Skills, Attributes and Experience

• Ability to communicate with your fellow workers in a civilised way and able to lead by example
• Ability to manage 4 or more personal
• Solid experience in stabilisation preferably with experience working as a Leading Hand, Foreperson or Supervisor or even Superintendent level
• Ability to provide strong direction & mentorship and coordinate with the project team, subcontractors and client representatives
• Oversee site activities associated with the efficient use of plant, equipment, labour and materials
• Possess a positive and proactive approach to OH&S and instill the values of these companies from a health and safety perspective
