About the role
We are currently entering the next phase of our growth strategy here at Framework Group, have recently moved into our new premises close to the CBD and looking at new ventures, markets and challenges for us to tackle in the healthcare sector and as such are looking for a Senior Consultant/Recruitment Consultant to join us and be responsible for:
  • Managing the full recruiting lifecycle & helping clients find, hire & retain quality talent.
  • Working closely with clients to gain a full & comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position.
  • Conducting business development activities for new clients and also existing clients.
  • Conducting shortlisting & interviewing of potential candidates.
  • Planning, creating & releasing job adverts, descriptions & announcements to source candidates through various job boards, social networks & platforms.
What you will need to succeed in the role
  • Relevant employment experience and/or sales experience will be highly regarded.
  • A proactive & positive approach to relationship building with clients & candidates.
  • An engaging & honest approach.
  • Determined to work hard & be rewarded for your efforts.
  • Motivated to accomplish & reach goals.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
