Stafflink Workforce Management are a Queensland based specialist in providing temporary & permanent recruitment services across a broad range of blue and white collar industries.

We are seeking experienced & reliable Civil Labourers & Pipe Layers with working sites from Logan to the Gold Coast.

This is a great opportunity to join long-term projects with a respected civil construction company.

Competitive pay rates on offer plus allowances - 6am starts and up to 10hrs per day, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate must have their own reliable transport, be available and willing to work Monday to Friday (Saturday work may also be required, depending on scheduling & deadlines). Must have pride in their work, understand safety protocols and thrive in a civil construction environment.

Our client is seeking workers with the following skills/experience/requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a civil construction environment;

  • Ability to work at fast pace, with attention to detail;

  • Effective team player and equally proficient at working independently;

  • Initiative, self-motivation and self-disciplined;

  • High level of physical fitness to perform manual labouring tasks - this position involves bending, squatting and lifting etc;

  • Ability to communicate clearly, take & follow directions and be proactive in the workplace;

  • Be very OH&S aware and willing to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions;
