Maintenance Co-ordinator

Your new companyWe're partnering with a well-established projects and maintenance firm to find a capable and organised Maintenance Coordinator to join their growing team. This business manages a diverse portfolio of sites, with a strong focus on large format retail and childcare centres across NSW.

About the role

This is a fast-paced coordination role where you'll be the central point of contact for scheduling trades, managing reactive and preventative maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating tradesmen and contractors across active sites
• Managing incoming maintenance requests and scheduling work
• Liaising with site managers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Maintaining compliance and documentation
• Supporting broader project operations where needed

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in maintenance coordination, facilities, or trade scheduling
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and think on your feet
• Comfortable using systems and tech (CMMS experience highly regarded)
