About Us
The Oxfordshire Pension Fund administers the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) for Oxfordshire County Council, more than 350 additional employers, and the Firefighters Pension Scheme. The team is divided into sub-departments, responsible for member benefits, systems, pension payroll, and employer liaison, all of which are responsible for ensuring administration of data complies with legislation and accurate pension payments are made to scheme members.
About The Role
This role will be responsible for all aspects of internal and external training and development of staff, keeping up to date with regulation changes, ensuring all procedures and documents are maintained and communicated to the relevant teams. The role will also lead on tax related calculations and supporting other statutory projects as required.
We are open to flexible working on a hybrid basis, and you will be required to attend the office to meet the needs of the role.
