Are you are an experienced Duct Installer looking for work on high-profile commercial fit-out projects? Hays is partnering with leading HVAC and mechanical contractors across Sydney who require skilled installers for large-scale ventilation and ducting systems.

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

  • Installing pre-fabricated ductwork and ventilation systems in commercial fit-outs
  • Measuring, cutting, and assembling duct sections to specification
  • Working from technical drawings and site plans
  • Ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards
  • Collaborating with site supervisors and trades teams to meet project deadlines

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Duct Installer in commercial HVAC projects
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • White Card and full PPE
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Own tools and reliable transport highly desirable
