What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor Business Managers to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee and enhance F&I operations across both dealerships.
  • Drive profitability through strategic upselling and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and dealership standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
