We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Estimator / Project Administrator to join our team at DNT Co. in Roselands, NSW.
This is a full-time graduate position designed to help you develop strong estimating and project management skills within the construction industry. You will receive hands-on training and mentoring to build your technical knowledge and professional confidence.
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects under guidance from senior estimators
- Support the tendering and bidding process by collecting and analysing project data
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather cost and material information
- Help maintain project records, budgets, and schedules
- Provide administrative support for project management activities such as preparing reports, meeting notes, and documentation
- Contribute to improving estimating systems and project coordination processes
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in developing a career in estimating or project management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to read drawings and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimating software is an advantage but not required
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Korean language skills are a plus, but not essential
