About the Role Are you passionate about using AI to solve real business problems and create meaningful impact? We're looking for an AI Engineer who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and practical, scalable solutions that transform the way people work and interact.

You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation to design, prototype, and deploy AI applications that make workflows smarter, decisions faster, and experiences better. This is a hands-on role where you'll see your work directly improve efficiency and outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, OCR, RPA, and API integrations.
  • Develop human-in-the-loop systems and feedback loops to keep outputs accurate, relevant, and valuable over time.
  • Partner with business teams to understand their processes and pain points, ensuring every solution drives measurable improvement.
  • Define and track KPIs for your AI products, taking ownership from concept to deployment.
  • Upskill and educate others by running workshops and training sessions that make AI accessible across the organisation.
  • Champion responsible and ethical AI, embedding governance, fairness, and data privacy principles into every project.

What You'll Bring

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in AI, data science, or machine learning, with a proven ability to deliver real-world AI applications.
  • Strong technical skills in Python and SQL, plus hands-on experience deploying LLMs and RAG solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the trade-offs between different LLMs (cost, performance, accuracy) and how to select the right model for each use case.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into plain language.
  • Experience engaging stakeholders and driving adoption across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and API-based deployments.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI, governance, and risk mitigation frameworks.
  • Exposure to MLOps practices, LangChain, or BI tools is a plus.
