As a
Power Platform Developer
, you'll design and deliver intuitive applications that connect people with data, bringing AI-driven insights to life across DBG Health. Combining
business analysis, front-end development, and UX/UI design
, you'll own the user interaction layer.

Role & Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric applications with intuitive workflows, reusable components, and accessible, responsive interfaces.
• Build and configure front-end applications, implement business logic, automation, and validation rules, ensuring security, performance, and governance compliance.
• Deploy applications to production, manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor usage, and provide documentation and training for operational readiness.
• Drive change management, monitor adoption, collect feedback, and facilitate onboarding and training to maximize solution usage.
• Partner with data engineers, scientists, and business SMEs to enable cross-functional planning and promote a data-driven culture.
• Participate in training, stay updated on industry knowledge, and adhere to workplace health, safety, and company policies.

Skills & Experience:

• Skilled in Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD and application deployment.
• Experienced in user-centric design, accessibility, responsive interfaces, and reusable components.
• Designed and built front-end business applications, integrating with Lakehouse and ML outputs.
• Implemented validation, automation, and governance-compliant solutions.
• Supported user onboarding, training, and adoption strategies to maximize solution impact.
• Background in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Life Sciences; holds a degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, plus certifications in Power Platform development and UX design.
