Role Overview(On-site) We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Developer with a strong focus on mobile application development using React Native Expo, alongside proven backend expertise in .NET (C#) and Entity Framework Core (EF Core). You'll collaborate with a passionate team to build and scale our core applications—delivering exceptional user experiences and robust technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile & Full Stack Development

• Develop high-performance, user-friendly mobile apps using React Native Expo for iOS and Android
• Build scalable backend systems using .NET (C#) and Entity Framework Core (EF Core)
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code across the stack
• Optimize relational databases with EF Core and SQL
• Conduct thorough bug fixes and quality assurance to maintain application integrity

Analysis and Optimization

• Evaluate system requirements and user needs to guide technical direction
• Identify performance bottlenecks and drive architectural improvements
• Monitor KPIs to make data-informed decisions that enhance product performance
• Lead initiatives to streamline the development process and accelerate delivery

Documentation and Support

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support materials
• Share knowledge to help guide platform strategy and technology choices
• Contribute to tech stack evaluations and investment planning

DevOps and Security

• Automate build, testing, and deployment pipelines using modern CI/CD practices
• Deploy and manage applications in Azure or AWS cloud environments
• Utilize Docker for consistent and efficient development and deployment
• Integrate Firebase for authentication and real-time features in mobile apps
• Implement security best practices and monitor for threats proactively

Agile Collaboration

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to deliver robust features
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both frontend and backend systems

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced expertise in React Native Expo and TypeScript for cross-platform mobile app development
• Strong backend experience in .NET (C#) and Entity Framework Core (EF Core)
• Proficiency in REST API design and third-party integration
• Experience with React Hooks, Zustand, and performance tuning
• Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with unit and automated testing frameworks
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Team player with a collaborative and proactive mindset
