We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and thrives on producing highly detailed, bespoke work.
You will work across a variety of residential and commercial joinery projects, from kitchens and wardrobes to architectural furniture and wall panelling.
Duties include:
- Reading and interpreting architectural drawings and shop drawings
- Machining, assembly, and detailed finishing of joinery components
- Onsite installation and fit-off
- Working with premium materials including natrual veneer, solid timber, and hardware systems (Blum, Hettich, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Collaborating closely with the workshop team to achieve flawless results
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cabinet making or joinery (high-end work preferred)
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship
- Ability to read and work from detailed plans
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated – punctuality and work ethic are our most valued traits
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, skilled team
- Factory and onsite work required
