Your Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls and emails professionally
Maintain project records and update the CRM
Raise accurate purchase orders and manage stock on time for project needs
Prepare SWMS, Earth Test Reports, and Operations Manuals
Manage calendars, appointments, and Z Drive folders

Skills & Attributes:
Strong administration and project support experience
Proficiency in MYOB, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and problem solve
Bonus: experience in construction, engineering, or technical industries
