Job Description
Are you a creative, skilled and experienced communications person with a passion for connecting people to nature and community? The Northern and Yorke Landscape Board is seeking two dynamic professionals to join our Communications and Engagement team - a Communications Coordinator (ASO5) and a Communications Officer (ASO4), to help shape the way we engage with diverse stakeholders across our region (both available for a 12-month term). The Communications Coordinator will manage the development and delivery of the communications plan, provide advice and support to the leadership team and have a key responsibility in media liaison to ensure consistent and positive media presence and media networks. The Communications Officer will support the delivery of the media and communications services including production of materials, coordination of events and responding to media enquiries, as well as maintaining our website and social media posts and producing and publishing all digital and print materials for our projects. You'll thrive in either of these roles if you have exceptional written, visual and audio communication skills; a strong command of digital tools and media platforms; have a creative mindset and a collaborative spirit and the ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders, from farmers and First Nations communities to schools and local councils.
