Dental Receptionist – Part Time

Your Role

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage bookings, phone calls, and enquiries
  • Learn and use dental software & admin workflows
  • Support smooth day-to-day front desk operations
  • Assist with billing, reporting, and admin tasks
  • Contribute to process improvements and team support

About You

  • Experience in admin, reception, or customer service (dental experience a plus, but not essential)
  • Friendly, organised, and eager to grow in the dental field
  • A confident communicator with a warm, professional personality
  • Comfortable managing a busy front desk with initiative and teamwork
  • Interested in long-term career development
  • Ability to speak Tamil (highly regarded)

Location & Hours

  • Toongabbie
  • Part-time hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm (days to be discussed at interview)
  • Available to work 2-3 days per week
