We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accommodation Manager, based in Bendigo to lead our Shared Supported Accommodation (SSA) services.

About the Role

This role is vital to the continued delivery of high-quality support aligned with ISSA's mission, strategic goals, and operational plans.

What You'll Do

  • Providing leadership and operational oversight to House Supervisors and Support Workers.
  • Driving service development, implementation, and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring service delivery aligns with ISSA's values, strategic objectives, and client-centred focus.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management to House Supervisors and Support Workers.
  • Drive continuous improvement across service areas in line with NDIS requirements, ISSA's strategic and operational plans, and our commitment to customer experience.
  • Support the growth of ISSA's Accommodation Program, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Individualised Living Options (ILO) under the NDIS.
  • Ensure that all service delivery areas maintain compliance with NDIS and other funder guidelines, from both quality and financial perspectives.
  • Be responsible for the financial performance of designated service areas.
  • Support and implement a Workforce Strategy that aligns with relevant industrial instruments, while ensuring flexibility in delivering services under the NDIS.
  • Embed ISSA's Customer Experience Strategy by promoting consumer education and feedback as a foundation for NDIS success.
  • Oversee monitoring and compliance with ISSA's Service Delivery Model, which places choice and control at the core of all support provided.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and Operations Managers to implement departmental service plans in line with ISSA's Strategic and Operational Plans.
  • Lead the implementation of ISSA's Learning and Organisational Development Strategy, ensuring all team members complete mandatory training within the required timeframes.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in disability services, accommodation support, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Understanding of NDIS compliance, financial accountability, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and promoting independence through choice and control

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum qualification, Certificate III in Individual support, Aged Care and Disability
  • First Aid Certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Medication Administration Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations Rights to work in Australia
  • 100 points of ID, e.g. Passport, Driver License, Citizenship, Medicare
