About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated general practitioner to join our close-knit team at Kings Road Medical Centre in St Albans, Victoria. As a full-time vocationally registered general practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, comprehensive medical care to our patients.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting thorough medical examinations and consultations with patients of all ages
  • Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Providing preventative health advice and education to patients
  • Coordinating and collaborating with other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and training

What we're looking for

  • Vocationally registered general practitioner with a minimum of 3 years' post-graduate experience
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in primary care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Strong ethical principles and a focus on continuous improvement

What we offer

Kings Road Medical Centre is a well-established, family-oriented medical practice located in the vibrant community of St Albans, Victoria. We pay you 70% of your billing and the hourly rate of 185$ for the first 3 months. We are a DPA located practice and exemption is available to work during the day.
