Job Description: As a Packing Dispensary Technician, you will be assisting with the preparation and management of packed medications to ensure that our patients receive their medications correctly and on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will play a crucial role in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare medications into packs according to prescription orders.
• Maintain up-to-date records of medication packaging and dispensing.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to verify prescriptions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Assist with other pharmacy duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a pharmacy technician (preferred).
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, Webstercare packing experience is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy software and technology.
