Work directly with highly regarded Partners on a broad mix of M&A transactions and corporate advisory matters, with a clear pathway to Partner or Special Counsel (depending on your goals).

The role
- Advise on M&A transactions valued $5M–$150M
- Provide advice on commercial contracts, corporate structuring, private capital raising, succession planning, directors' duties, governance and shareholder agreements
- Lead and mentor a team of junior lawyers
About you
You'll bring experience in corporate and commercial law, with a strong focus on M&A. You're passionate about client service, commercially astute, and committed to developing junior lawyers while delivering tailored, strategic advice.
