Head Barista

At Shaker Maker, we're all about good coffee, tasty treats, and warm, genuine service. We're looking for an enthusiastic head barista to join our growing and friendly team. We're a vibrant local cafe which including dine-in and drive thru service in Arundel.

About the Role:

• Approx. 30 hours per week
• Trading hours: 5:00am – 3:00pm (you'll need early morning availability)
• Casual position with potential for long-term growth
• Pay $32-$34 per hours plus super

About You:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role (Medium to high volume - we are doing above 50 kg per week and fast-paced environment)
• Confident in dialing in for consistency and flavor
• Familiar with different brewing methods
• Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• A genuine love for coffee, food, and providing great customer service
• Able to do all other cafe duties in off peak hours.
