We are currently seeking both Senior and Junior Geologists to join a high-performing exploration team operating in the Pine Creek Orogen, Northern Territory. Based at the Spring Hill site, these roles offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to gold exploration in a geologically rich and historically significant region.

Senior Geologist

You will lead exploration programs, supervise drilling activities, and mentor junior staff. This role involves geological interpretation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Junior Geologist

You will support field activities including mapping, sampling, and drill support. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to build a career in mineral exploration while learning from experienced professionals.

• 6-month contract via labour hire
• Spring Hill site, Pine Creek Region, NT
• Meals and accommodation provided (not at Agnico)
• Roster options:
• Senior: 5:2 or 4:3
• Junior: 5:2 or 4:3 (local) or 14:7 (FIFO considered)
• Day shift only
• Paid travel depending on roster
• Start date: 25th September 2025

Senior Geologist

• Design and implement exploration programs
• Supervise and mentor junior geologists and contractors
• Interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data
• Oversee RC and diamond drilling programs
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with safety and heritage regulations
• Prepare technical reports and liaise with stakeholders

Junior Geologist

• Assist with mapping, sampling, and geophysical surveys
• Support RC and diamond drilling programs
• Conduct field reconnaissance and site preparation
• Manage data entry and QA/QC procedures
• Operate field equipment and contribute to site safety
• Participate in training and mentoring programs

Senior Geologist

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or Earth Sciences (postgraduate qualifications desirable)
• 7-10 years' experience in mineral exploration, ideally gold-focused
• Strong knowledge of Pine Creek Orogen and Proterozoic terrains
• Proficiency in Micromine, Leapfrog, ArcGIS
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Manual driver's licence and ability to work in remote field conditions

Junior Geologist

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or related field
• 0-3 years' experience (internships or field placements highly regarded)
• Willingness to work in remote conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Manual driver's licence and 4WD experience preferred
