This position works closely with the Primary Healthcare Systems Manager and is responsible for undertaking regular administrator tasks, data entry, auditing, monitoring, and reporting on the use of the patient information system (Communicare). This position is also responsible for designing, organising, and delivering training and orientation on the use of Communicare to staff, as well as ongoing usage audits.
The Communicare Administrator will provide support to the management team on data integrity and data management. This role will also work alongside the Medicare and Incentives Coordinator, to ensure maximum revenue by ensuring all claimable services are billed and processed in a timely manner.
