As a Commercial Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align financial and contractual strategies with project goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with commercial managers, contract administrators, technical advisors, clients, and contractors to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyse and report on commercial performance, offering actionable insights to support decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Contractual Guidance: Provide expert advice on financial forecasting, payment processes, contract controls, and claims resolution.
• Change Management: Lead commercial aspects of change control, ensuring transparency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cash Flow Oversight: Conduct detailed cash flow analysis to support financial planning and project sustainability.
• Client Integration: Operate within client offices, either as part of a seconded team or embedded within a T&T-led delivery model.
• Team Leadership: Depending on experience, you may have line management responsibilities within the T&T team.

We're seeking a commercially astute professional with a strong background in infrastructure delivery and a collaborative mindset.

• Major Project Experience: Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure, health, aviation, government, or defence projects.
• Commercial Expertise: Strong understanding of commercial frameworks, contract management, and financial controls.
• Alliance Contracting Knowledge: Experience with alliance models and collaborative delivery environments is highly valued.
• Dual-Sector Insight: Exposure to both client/consultancy and contractor-side delivery is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Relevant Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Personal Attributes: Resilient, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who thrives in high-pressure environments and aligns with T&T values.
