The position:

This esteemed national law firm advises a full range of clients across the spectrum of commercial law areas. We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support Senior Partners on a maternity leave cover contract within a high-performing team that delivers strategic guidance and tailored solutions to a high-net-worth client base based in Sydney. 

  • Diary management and arranging appointments
  • Organising travel both interstate and global
  • Building strong relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the team with general files management and administration
  • Preparing legal correspondence and compiling court document

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in a Legal PA or Legal Assistant role required - open to all levels of experience
  • A natural passion for helping people and high level of empathy
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • A positive, can-do and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work in the office minimum 4 days per week
