About the Role

As a Scheduler at Summit Southwest, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of new residential builds. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, organisation, and teamwork.

You'll be responsible for interpreting contract documentation and producing accurate construction schedules that align with project timelines and client expectations. Working closely with estimators, supervisors, and procurement teams, you'll coordinate materials, trades, and resources to support efficient workflow and high-quality construction outcomes.

In this role, you'll also contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling systems and processes, helping the business achieve even greater consistency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

About You

You're a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys turning complex information into clear, actionable plans. With a strong understanding of construction documentation and sequencing, you take pride in producing accurate schedules that keep projects on track.

Your ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams makes you a trusted point of contact in the construction process. You're organised, analytical, and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proficiency in scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Suite
