About the Role

This is a Part-Time position (3-4 days per week) with flexibility, and the opportunity to grow into Full-Time for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering results-driven skin treatments in a nurturing, holistic way.
  • Conducting thorough consultations and creating tailored skin plans.
  • Supporting clinic marketing by confidently showing up on social media (stories, reels, and content).
  • Checking in with clients post-treatment to ensure their ongoing progress.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and embodying the TK2S difference.
  • Assisting team members and contributing to the growth of our clinic and community.

About You

You are a professional, motivated, and caring therapist who is passionate about skin health and loves creating results for clients. You take pride in your craft, practice what you preach in your personal life, and feel confident both in the treatment room and online.

You'll also bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Cert IV in Beauty, or Dermal Science Diploma.
  • Proven skin consultation experience.
  • A passion for education and ongoing professional growth.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a kind, approachable manner.
  • Strong team spirit – you thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Immaculate presentation and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Reliable, responsible, and professional conduct.
  • Excellent communication skills and impeccable client service/ Practice what you preach.
  • Previous experience as a Beauty or Skin Therapist is essential.
