Job Description

Moneytech is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to support the Head of Marketing in executing Moneytech's marketing strategy and broad remit. This role is based in Brisbane and will contribute to brand awareness, engagement, and business growth through innovative campaigns, events, communications, and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of national marketing campaigns that support Moneytech's strategic goals.
  • Support the marketing team in amplifying partnerships (e.g., Virgin Australia Business Flyer) and broker engagement initiatives.
  • Help organise and deliver events across the national calendar, working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the annual marketing strategy by researching trends and supporting campaign planning.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining brand assets and marketing collateral.
  • Support the creation and scheduling of social media content to boost engagement, brand and product awareness.
  • Draft and edit marketing content across various channels including eDMs, social media, and website.
  • Liaise with agency partners and internal teams to support project delivery and communication.
  • Help manage monthly newsletters by curating content and tracking performance metrics.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, offering marketing support and insights.
  • Assist with product launches and updates from a marketing perspective.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver results autonomously or in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook. PowerPoint, Teams), experience with Adobe Creative Suite or CRM platforms is a plus
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and proactively identifies opportunities.
