As we continue to grow, we are looking for a confident, motivated, and design-savvy Showroom Design Consultant to join our Brand NEW Myaree showroom.

This full-time role is perfect for someone passionate about interiors, design, and helping customers bring their projects to life. You'll work in a boutique showroom that serves homeowners, renovators, interior designers, architects, and builders.

Successful candidates will begin their journey training at our flagship store at Osborne Park before store Grand Opening Early 2026.

About the Role

As a Showroom Design Consultant, you'll combine your flair for design with your passion for sales and customer service. From initial consultation to final order, you'll help customers make the best tile choices for their space. You'll report to the Showroom Manager and be supported by a knowledgeable management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom along with supporting all customer enquiries.
• Supporting designers and architects with samples and product knowledge
• Providing personalised advice on tile selection, colour palettes and design combinations
• Generating estimates/quotations and following up on sales leads.
• Coordinating orders, tracking stock and scheduling deliveries
• Processing payments and managing customer records
• Delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey

You will report directly to our Showroom Manager and our Management Team who will be there to support your learning

Who You Are

• Enthusiastic, professional, and passionate about interior design
• Confident working with both trade clients and the general public
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Experience in tiles, interiors or building products is highly desirable
• Detail-oriented and organised, with excellent communication skills
• A proactive team player with a strong work ethic
• Available to work Saturdays as part of your weekly roster
