As a
Youth Support Worker
, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions focussed approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.
Secure a start and be on the road for a successful and meaningful change to you and our participants.

You're great at building relationships and working with key stakeholders to be able to maximise job opportunities for everyone. You will have a strong passion and drive to support young people prepare for and secure employment within the local community. To be considered, you will have...
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
