where you'll help grow and shape the internal technical team, define ways of working, and design scalable, cloud-native systems from the ground up.

first Tech Lead
, you'll play a key role in evolving the company's architecture and engineering culture. You'll design elegant systems, mentor others, and help translate ideas into robust, production-ready solutions.

Solution & System Design

  • Solution design and cloud-native architecture

Frontend

  • Frameworks/Libraries: Angular, React Native
  • Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Styling: Tailwind CSS, SCSS, CSS Modules
  • Tooling: Vite, ESLint, Prettier

Backend

  • Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, C#
  • Frameworks: .NET Core, Azure Function App
  • API Design: .NET and microservice architecture

Databases

  • Relational: Azure SQL/SQL Server (current), PostgreSQL (future state)
  • NoSQL: CosmosDB

DevOps & Infrastructure

  • CI/CD: Azure DevOps
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
  • Monitoring & Logging: Sentry

Cloud Platforms

  • Primary: Azure (preferred)
  • AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience an advantage

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Version Control: Git (Azure DevOps)
