Building Surveyor

We are a professional Building Surveying firm providing specialist building permit services covering domestic residential building regulation and control. We provide a high quality of service to our clients. Our company delivers statutory building surveying services for Class 1 and Class 10 building classifications. We focus on architecturally design projects and high end residential alterations and additions. Located a short walk from Chadstone shopping center.

DUTIES

• Reviewing building permit applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all building classes.
• Attending both mandatory and non-mandatory inspections in collaboration with registered practitioners.
• Overseeing the management of building permit applications, including coordination with clients, consultants, local councils, reporting authorities, and participation in consultant meetings.
• Offering technical guidance and support to clients as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,433.22 – $155,417.78 per year
