GELATO MESSINA - HIRING EVENT STAFF NOW

We're offering 20+ hours a week in our Events team located in Brunswick East.

We're seeking an energetic all-rounder staff member for all events across MELBOURNE.

Hours may vary from week to week—potential for increased hours over the busy summer period.

In your role at Messina Events, you will:

  • Bump in/out (drop and collect equipment) at events such as weddings, birthdays, food festivals, brand activations and celebrations.

  • Scoop gelato at the events.

  • Help the events team to keep the event's equipment clean and organised.

  • Work as a scooper in Messina stores, if required.

  • Drive a vehicle around the city, including our gelato van.

Successful candidates will be:

  • Australian citizens, permanent residents, Working Holiday Visa and Student Visa holders.
  • Able to work over 20 hours per week.
  • Surprisingly happy and charismatic
  • Passionate about customers and customer service.
  • Willing to work evenings/nights/weekends: flexibility is a must.
  • Valid driving licence is a must
