My Client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who has a strong background delivering Tier 1 projects. The Role:
- Responsible for the full cycle of the Project from planning and inception to commissioning and handover.
- Work with the team to define the project scope.
- Lead and manage the Project Team
- Agree contract terms, costings and manage suppliers/sub contractors
- Sign Correspondence, ITP's, Checklists and documentation relevant to quality, safety and program
- Work on government and commercial sites
Experience:Previous experience in a Technician/Senior Technician role and has transitioned into a Project Manager in his career would be a bonus
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing electronic security projects, including installation, commissioning, and client handover.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high client satisfaction standards.
- Familiarity with electronic security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms) and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and maintain professional relationships.
- Deep understanding of WHS, QMS, and EHS standards; ensures compliance with all Security policies and legislative requirements.
- Capable of planning and allocating resources (staff, subcontractors, equipment) effectively across multiple sites.
- Skilled in maintaining project documentation, including Safe Work Method Statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities, resolve issues proactively, and adapt to changing project conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of accountability
