Retail Staff Member – Part-Time

KINTA Fitness | Perth, WA

We're looking for an energetic and reliable Retail Staff Member to join the KINTA team. If you're passionate about fitness, customer service, and creating a welcoming retail experience, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Part-time position (22–26 hours per week)
  • 4 days per week, including one weekend shift (Sunday 11 am – 3 pm required)

  • Award rates:

  • $27.50 / hour (weekdays)

  • $39.83 / hour (Sundays)
  • $59.74 / hour (public holidays)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
  • Assist customers with purchases and inquiries in-store
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organised retail space
  • Support with stock management and displays
  • Work collaboratively with the KINTA team to deliver a positive experience for every customer

About You:

  • Friendly, approachable, and reliable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is highly regarded
  • Interest in fitness, health, or sports is a bonus
  • Available for flexible shifts, including Sundays
