As a key member of our Commercial Team, you'll be involved in a broad mix of corporate and commercial work, including:

• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and contracts

• Managing business sales/purchases, joint ventures, and restructures

• Advising on franchising, leasing, and property matters

• Commercial and Property litigation matters

• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
  

1. 3+ years PAE in commercial and/or corporate law

2. Strong experience in business transactions, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance

3. Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and analytical skills

4. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen

5. Committed to delivering high-quality service and building client relationships
