About the Role

Working with children aged 3–12 in a school setting, you will lead the coordination and delivery of both Afterschool Care and Holiday Programs. You'll manage daily operations, create nature-inspired learning opportunities, and work closely with a passionate team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookings and staff rosters

  • Communicate effectively with families and staff

  • Design and deliver weekly programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework

  • Plan and implement Holiday Programs aligned with the school calendar

  • Order and manage educational resources

  • Conduct and maintain risk assessments for all activities

  • Maintain health and allergy information and medication records

  • Prepare learning environments to be ready before and after term breaks

Essential Criteria

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma & CPR certification

  • Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

  • Experience working with children aged 3–12

  • Passion for outdoor learning, gardening, and nature-based education

  • Understanding or experience in nature-based pedagogy is highly regarded
