Our National Office is the HUB for supporting our 19 aged care homes across Australia and our team play an integral part within our organisation. The role:

The role of the Billings Team Leader is to oversee the full accounts receivable processes & lead the team on invoicing, general resident billing functions through to collections, fee reconciliation and refunds while ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Working as part of this integral team, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee and provide support to the team for all billing functions & revenue.
  • Provide guidance and instructions to the billing team to meet daily & monthly targets.
  • Oversee general invoicing as required.
  • Provide support training for new staff to ensure adequate cover always exists in the department.
  • Ensure monthly reporting is run and saved down to specified locations.
  • Review reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

About You:

You will be an experienced Leader in a similar role who has solid experience in the accounts receivable space, be familiar and comply with all company procedures and policies. You will also:

  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have the ability to empathise with others and be respectful of their situation.
  • Take personal responsibility for the successful delivery of outcomes i.e. you are fully accountable.
  • Be proactive as a team member using initiative and drive for personal and overall business success.
  • Promote activities and initiatives that assist Infinite achieve its vision and mission.
  • Have a client philosophy that goes `above and beyond'
  • Ideally you will have experience in the aged care or health sector.

As part of being an Infinite Aged care employee you will be required to complete pre-employment checks.
