With 9 office locations in the St George, Shire and South West area, we have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join the team. In this important role you will be working along side our Marketing Manager and providing vital support to all levels of the business.
About the role:
- Providing assistance across agent and brand marketing
- Database management to ensure all client data is current and accurate
- Assistance in onboarding for new staff
- Assisting offshore team with property marketing solutions
- Working closely with external suppliers
- Adhoc marketing tasks and projects as required
About you:
- At least 12 months experience in a similar position
- Experience in using Canva essential
- Agent Box experience preferred
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and strong organisational skills
- Confident in working with all levels of the business
- Strong work ethic with a positive and friendly attitude
- Must have own vehicle and current Drivers Licence
