About the Role

In this role, you will support the In Charge Administrator and Radiologists, manage bookings for all modalities, answer calls, greet patients, handle payments, and reconcile accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients upon arrival and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Generate and manage patient bookings efficiently.
• Perform accurate data entry of patient records.
• Handle patient account billing and reconcile accounts.
• Liaise with referring doctors and medical staff to ensure smooth operations.

About You

To excel in this position, you should possess:

• Experience: Radiology experience is desirable but not required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Patient Care: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
• Medicare Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare processes is preferred.
