Selection Criteria:

  • Successful completion of Year 10 or equivalent (essential)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (essential)
  • Local to the Mackay area (essential)
  • Construction White Card or willingness to obtain (essential)
  • Current Queensland Driver's Licence (desirable)

  • Mature and self-motivated attitude
  • Team player with a warm and friendly personality
  • Demonstrated time management and ability to prioritise own workload
  • Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
