With a strong retail presence and a loyal customer base, this business is entering an exciting new phase of growth. As Head of Buying, you will lead a passionate team and take full ownership of the buying function, bringing innovation, commercial clarity, and elevated style to life across their product mix.

You'll be a key strategic voice in the business, reporting into the executive leadership team and collaborating closely with planning, marketing, and design.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and own the end-to-end buying strategy across all product categories
  • Drive seasonal range development, product selection and trading decisions
  • Identify opportunities to expand, refine and elevate the product offer
  • Lead, coach and develop a passionate team of Buyers and Assistants
  • Analyse performance to make data-led decisions on pricing, margin and OTB
  • Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Design, and eCommerce
  • Support new category growth, international expansion and omni-channel initiatives
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Senior Buyer or Buying Manager within apparel, accessories or lifestyle
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing high-performing teams
  • Strategic mindset with a sharp eye for product, trend, and commercial opportunity
  • Data-driven approach to product and pricing decisions
  • Excellent collaboration skills across Planning, Design and Marketing
  • Passion for product, retail, and customer experience
