Location and Roster

  • FIFO from Perth, Darwin, or Broome to site or DIDO from Onslow, Exmouth, Karratha, or Dampier.
  • Flights are to Onslow, then a two-hour transport to site.
  • The roster is 15/13, day shift only.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Fixed Plant Electrician interested in joining our team at our Paulsens site.

This position is responsible for performing preventative, planned and breakdown electrical maintenance and statutory checks on the mill and associated infrastructure to ensure ongoing reliability and efficiency.

About You

  • Current "A" grade Western Australian Electrical Licence (Unrestricted).
  • Minimum 3 years mining industry experience preferably in an operating plant environment maintaining and servicing electrical infrastructure; crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, tailings and reagent circuits.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the WA Office of Energy Electrical Requirements and the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Regulations (Mines) 2022.
  • High voltage ticket and experience with HV Switching.
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Test Atmosphere tickets.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite.
  • First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain. Incumbent will be required to attend Low Voltage Rescue and Provide CPR training annually.
