About the role

Walls Bros Designer Kitchens' is seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team as an Apprentice Cabinet Makers. This full-time position will be based in our workshop located in Holden Hill, SA 5088. As an Apprentice Cabinet Maker, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the art of custom kitchen design and manufacturing.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting experienced cabinet makers with the design and construction of high-quality custom kitchens.
2. Gaining practical experience in operating a variety of woodworking machinery and tools
3. Developing skills in measuring, cutting, assembling and finishing wood and wood products
4. Understanding and adhering to all relevant safety procedures and regulations
5. Participating in on-the-job training and formal apprenticeship programs to acquire the necessary qualifications

What we're looking for

1. A passion for woodworking and cabinetry with a keen eye for detail
2. Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with your hands
3. Good problem-solving skills and the willingness to learn
4. Commitment to completing a formal Cabinet Making apprenticeship program
5. Strong attention to safety and quality standards
6. Effective communication and teamwork skills
