About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our Field Operations team as a Card Distribution Lead. This role is responsible for managing the distribution and inventory of Myki cards, ensuring alignment with client-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, analytical acumen, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement card distribution strategies that meet or exceed client KPIs, including delivery timelines
- Monitor Myki card inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Analyse distribution data to forecast demand and inform inventory decisions
- Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to communicate performance metrics
- Coordinate artwork changes in collaboration with the government
- Manage supplier relationships and contractual obligations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of distribution processes and procedures
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, contract administration, or project management
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience in transport ticketing is advantageous but not essential
